Is my computer compatible for use with ONEplace services?

To ensure that your computer will support all of the features available through ACS ONEplace, you can use the two-step system test. This is a simple test which tests your PC for sound compatibility and TIF file viewing. Go to Messaging Services - "Test Your Computer's Compatibility" on the navigation bar.

How do I access my account?

Dial your voice mail box number, and when greeted, hit star. *
- Enter your PIN, (Personal ID Number)

How do I check my voice messages?

How do I turn the volume up or down on my messages?

While listening to the message:
- Press 1 to turn the volume down
- Press 2 to turn the volume up

I just hit "Delete Message" and I did not want to delete it. How do I get it back?

Do not exit from the Function Menu
- Press 3 to replay the message
- Press 1 to save the message

How do I forward this message to another subscriber?

- Press 8 from the Function Menu
- Record an intro for this message for the next listener

How do I print this fax message to a certain fax number?

- Press 2 from the Main Menu
- Press # from the Listen Menu
- Press 4 from the Function Menu
- Press 3 to print any fax number

How do I change my personal greeting?

- Press 3 from the Main Menu
- Press 3 from the Personal Options Menu
- Press 3 from the Recordings Menu

How do I change my availability?

- Press 5 from the Main Menu
- Press 2 to be Unavailable
- Press 3 to be Available

How do I initiate a conference?

Call the party to conference
- Press ### to place them on hold
- Press 7 to add them to the conference room
- Press 1 to join the conference room

How do I change my passcode?

- Press 3 from the Main Menu
- Press 2 from the Personal Options Menu
- Press 1 from the Passcode Menu

How do I change my Follow-Me number?

How do I disconnect a call without logging out of the system?

How can I be paged for all messages that I receive?

- Press 3 from the Main Menu

- Press 1 or 2 (when available or unavailable) from the Notifications Options

I have Call Waiting, how do I answer the incoming call when I'm already in a conversation?

- Press ### to place the current caller on hold
- Press # to hear the screening information on the new caller
- Press 1 to connect to the new caller

How do I interrupt the message as I listen to it, and erase it?

- Press # while listening to the message
- Press 2 to delete the message from the Function Menu

After I enter my selection, is there anything I can hit to speed up the process?

- Press # after every entry
- This will act like an "Enter" key
