Message System Requirements
Software for Viewing and Printing Faxes
To view and print faxes, you must have software that can
display and print TIFF (*.tif) graphical images. This software may already be
installed on your computer.
Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and newer
shipments of Windows 95 include an accessory to view faxes.
Software for Playing Voice Messages and Greetings
To listen to greetings and recordings, you must have software
that can play WAV format files. This software may already be installed on your
computer. If it is not already on your computer, this type of software is
readily available on the Internet.
